Bezier Curves
ABSTRACT: "Bezier curves (more generally, Bezier surfaces) are
prevalent in computer graphics, including typesetting and surface
modeling software. I will define an n-degree Bezier curve, give
examples, and elude to a numerically stable method for evaluating these
curves. Transformations (scaling, rotation, translation) can be applied
to the control points of a Bezier curve to respectively transform the
curve. These transformations will be explained, and additional examples
will be given. Rational Bezier curves allow for greater flexibility and
will be explained."
