Course Description:
Existence and uniqueness for solutions of ordinary differential equations, flows,
linear systems, nonlinear systems, stable manifold theorem, Hartman-Grobman theorem, periodic solutions, bifurcation theory.

In assigning final letter grades, your work will be weighed in the following manner:
Homework:
The homework assignment will be available a week before
its due date above on this website. Homework is due by the
beginning of class on Friday.

You are allowed and are encouraged to give and receive aid while
solving homework problems, but all write-ups must be done independently
and in your own words.
Exams: The
midterm and the final in this class will be take home exams. You will be allowed to use your notes. However, no collaboration will be allowed.
