The William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition 2007
The William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition 2007
The William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition took place Saturday, December 1, 2007.
Introductory Poster
The Putnam competition is a fun event for people who enjoy solving interesting
math problems. We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00pm on the 4th floor of Herman Brown to solve and discuss problems in an informal atmosphere. Once in a while we also have a more formal lecture.
Probably the best way of getting better at problem solving is through practice.
The following is a list of resources (mostly links but also some books) containing a slew of problems from old Putnams as well as other competitions.
