Arithmetic and geometry of rational curves

September 20-22, 2013

 

This workshop will focus on the theory of rational curves on K3 surfaces as a prototype and model for investigations of rational curves on higher-dimensional varieties of Fano and intermediate type.

Registration is required, whether or not the participant is requesting support. Please register by August 30. The Conference is supported by the National Science Foundation and Rice University. Everyone is welcome. There are no registration fees.

Young researchers are encouraged to apply for financial support. The deadline for request for support is August 30, 2013.
