Homework. For HW assignments look on COURSE WEBPAGE.
Assignments will be turned in
usually on Wednesdays (default).
No late homework will be
accepted.
You are encouraged to work
with each other on the homework problems.
However, you should write
independently the final work you submit.
Challenge Problems. Those will be given
occasionally. To report on their
solutions, you contact instructor. You never submit solutions of challenge
problem together with the solutions of homework
assignments.
Credit for the challenge problems is added to
the final average
computed (see the table below).
Exams. Two intermediate exams. One
take-home and one in-class.
Final grade is
determined by the following algorithm:
