A block of rooms has been reserved at the The Westin Houston Medical Center which is located at 1709 Dryden Road, one block from the Rice Campus. Rooms include:
- Rice rate of $149/night (excluding tax) for King or Double Deluxe Guest Room
- Complimentary basic internet in the guest rooms and meeting spaces
- Complimentary shuttle service, available first come, first serve within a 3- mile radius of hotel (6:30am-09:30pm – hours subject to change)
Reservations must be made before February 24, 2022 to receive the discounted rate.
Supported Participants
Request support on the registration form. If your request for support is approved, we will pay your hotel bill (nightly rate and applicable taxes) directly.
Nonsupported Participants
You will need to make hotel reservations with the hotel directly. You can make reservations using the online reservation system or by calling the the Westins Central Reservations Department at 713-730-2404 and asking for the group by name: Rice University Math Conference or the special rate code RM2RM2A. If you have problems making reservations, contact Lisa Geda with your desired dates.
