A block of rooms has been reserved at The Westin Houston Medical Center which is located at 1709 Dryden Road, Houston, TX 77030 approximately 1 mile from the Rice Campus. Rooms include:

• Rice rate of $119 (excluding tax) for Single or Double
• Complimentary basic internet
• Complimentary Nespresso coffee in every room
• 2 Complimentary bottles of water in every room
• Restaurants on premises
• Shuttle within a 3 miles radius which includes Rice, the Rice Village shops and the Medical Center

Reservations must be made before March 17, 2020 to receive the discounted rate.

Supported Participants

Request support on the registration form. If your request for support is approved, we will pay your hotel bill (nightly rate and applicable taxes) directly.

Nonsupported Participants

You will need to make hotel reservations with the hotel directly by calling the reservations department at 713-730-2404 and requesting a room under the Rice University TAGS 2020 block. Or you can book online using this Hotel Reservation Link
