Hotel Amenities

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Wyndham Houston Medical Center Hotel and Suites. We have arranged transportation between the Hotel and Rice at the beginning and end of each conference day. Rooms include:

• Rice rate of $119/day (excluding tax) for Double
• Free Wireless
• Refrigerator and Microwave in Room
• Restaurant on premises
• Shuttle within a 5 miles radius which includes Rice, the Rice Village shops and the Medical Center.

Reservations must be made before October 19, 2018 to receive the discounted rate.

Supported Participants

Request support on the registration form. If your request for support is approved, we will pay your hotel bill (nightly rate and applicable taxes) directly.

Nonsupported Participants

You will need to make hotel reservations with the hotel directly by calling 1-877-999-3223 and requesting a room under the TGTC block.
