Hotel Amenities

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Reliant Park which is located at 8111 Kirby Drive approximately 3 miles from the Rice Campus. We have arranged transportation between the Hotel and Rice at the beginning of each conference day. Rooms include:

• Rice rate of $109/day (excluding tax) for Single or Double
• Free Wireless
• Refrigerator and Microwave in Room
• Restaurant on premises
• Shuttle within a 5 miles radius which includes Rice, the Rice Village shops and the Medical Center.

Reservations must be made before April 19, 2013 to receive the discounted rate.

Supported Participants

Request support on the registration form. If your request for support is approved, we will pay your hotel bill (nightly rate and applicable taxes) directly.

Nonsupported Participants

You will need to make hotel reservations with the hotel directly by calling Mrs. Donte Ross-Newman (713-576-5076) and requesting a room under the 2013 Rice Dynamics Workshop block. If you have problems making reservations, contact Bonnie Hausman with your desired dates.
